C. C. Tedder, who was recently indicted by the grand jury on a charge of forging bonds on which alleged criminals were released, arrived in the city from Cartersville Monday morning. Tedder phoned the Sheriff's office that he would surrender during the day. He phoned a second time to say that he was having trouble with his bondsman, but would certainly be down by 4 o'clock. The sheriff is waiting for him. Tedder is already under bond on an indictment charging him with subornation of perjury in the Frank case.
