Solicitor Hugh Dorsey, who returned Monday from New York, after an absence of two weeks, was busy Tuesday preparing a Summary of the Authorities cited in the State's Brief at the recent Frank Case Hearing before the United States Supreme Court in Washington. This Summary will be sent to the Supreme Court as soon as it is finished. Its purpose is to aid the Court in reviewing the many Cases referred to in the State's Brief.
