WASHINGTON, March 22. After handing down several opinions Monday morning, the United States Supreme Court recessed at noon until Monday, April 5, without having rendered a decision on the Habeas Corpus Appeal of Leo M. Frank, of Atlanta. It had been generally expected the Frank Decision would be announced Monday. It will not be forthcoming now for at least two weeks and possibly longer.
