WASHINGTON, April 7. Dan S. Lehon, Private Detective, today appealed to the Supreme Court from his conviction for violation of the Atlanta, Ga., ordinance requiring Private Detectives to be licensed. He contended that the Ordinance as enforced not only deprived him of Constitutional Rights but abridged the Constitutional Rights of Leo M. Frank, by whose friends he was employed. Lehon was arrested while investigating the conviction of Frank for the murder of Mary Phagan.
