### Judge Hill to Wait Until Mandate Comes From U. S. Supreme Court

Judge Ben H. Hill, of the Superior Court, decided late Friday afternoon that he would not consider Solicitor Dorsey's Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for the Resentencing of Leo M. Frank until after the Mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States is handed down, which ought to be about May 20.

At that time, and not until then, the State Court resumes Jurisdiction of the Case, said Judge Hill. He pointed out that until the Mandate is handed down, which happens not sooner than thirty days after the Decision, the Supreme Court can, if it chooses, modify or change its Decision.
