MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga., March 6. The legislative committee for the past two days inspecting the penitentiary here, is expected to submit a report to Governor Dorsey and the prison commission recommending the parole of Mrs. Edna P. Godbee, serving a life sentence for the murder of her divorced husband and his wife, in Jenkins county. It will also recommend that Creen, who assaulted Leo Frank, be removed from his present place of confinement to a more suitable place in the stockade.
