DORSEY AND GRICE CONFER NEXT WEEK
The proposed conference between Solicitor Hugh Dorsey and Attorney General Warren M. Grice over the line of procedure they expect to follow in combatting the United States Supreme Court fight for the freedom of Leo M. Frank has been delayed. Dorsey returned from Rome yesterday. The conference was set for that day, but Attorney Grice was unable to reach Atlanta. It will not be held until the early part of next week.
In the meantime, Attorneys for Frank are waiting for the dispatch of the Habeas Corpus Record from the District Court to the Washington Court.
