Monday, 4th January 1915: Grice And Dorsey Will Confer On Frank Case, The Atlanta Constitution

They Will Probably Go to Washington to Have the Case Advanced. Solicitor Hugh M. Dorsey and Attorney General Warren M. Grice will confer today for the first time since Justice Lamar granted Leo M. Frank the right to Appeal to the United States Supreme Court. They will outline a plan of Battle to Combat the move of the Defense to obtain the convicted man's freedom on Constitutional grounds. It is also probable that either the Solicitor General or State Attorney will make a trip to Washington during the latter part of this week or first of next in an effort to have the Frank Case advanced upon the United States Court Docket.
