It is not expected that a Decision will be handed down by the Supreme Court in the Frank Case until about the middle of February. It was considered possible that the Case might be reached and settled at the present term of the Court, but this has been rendered out of the question now by the absence of Chief Justice Fish, who was compelled to go to Florida with Mrs. Fish on account of her ill health. He will not return to Atlanta until the latter part of the week.
