Attorney General Warren A. Grice is planning to go to Washington during the latter part of this week to plead with the Supreme Court of the United States to advance the Appeal of Leo Frank on the Docket so that it may be heard within the next sixty or ninety days instead of twelve months. Solicitor Dorsey will not go to Washington, it has been announced. He and the Attorney General have been in several Conferences preparing their battle against the Habeas Corpus Appeal, and he will remain on the ground while his Colleague is in Washington. All formalities have been completed in the Appeal, and the Case is now in readiness for the motion for advancement.
