The motion of the Leo M. Frank prosecution to advance the Hearing on the Habeas Corpus Appeal to the United States Supreme Court was docketed yesterday, and it is probable that Attorney General Warren Grice will go to Washington next Monday. In event the motion for advancement is granted, the Frank Case should be argued in Washington within the next sixty or ninety days.
