An opinion was handed down yesterday by the Court of Appeals sustaining the Judgement of Judge Pendleton, of Fulton Superior Court in refusing to sanction a Certiorari of the Case of Dan Lehon, Southern Manager of the Burns Detective Agency, from the Recorder's Court, where he was fined $100 or sentenced to serve 30 days on the Charge that in connection with his investigation of the Frank Case, he had violated a City Ordinance by performing Private Detective work without the proper local Authority.
