The preparation of the Petition for Leo Frank's life to be presented to the Prison Commission and Governor by the Counsel will be completed, it is thought, within the next few days. The first Conference between Attorneys was held in the Office of Leonard J. Haas Tuesday night. A Second Conference was held last night, in which were included H. A. Alexander, Luther Rosser, and Reuben Arnold.

Much interest is being centered on the Selection of Counsel to argue the Petition before the Commission. It is generally believed that Reuben Arnold, who delivered one of the most forceful Arguments at the Frank trial, will be decided upon. No definite Decision, however, has as yet been reached.
