The new Fulton County Grand Jury will hold its first meeting on Wednesday since it was charged by Judge Ben H. Hill to probe the bribery and perjury charges in the Frank Case. Only routine bills against accused people, now in jail, have been prepared for the session, and it is probable that the probe of the Frank Case charges will not commence for several days.

Many of the jail cases can be rapidly disposed of by the court, which is now in session, if indictments are returned. As a result, it is probable that a number of these cases will be cleared up before the Grand Jury commences its main work.
