WASHINGTON, April 7. Dan S. Lehon, Private Detective, today appealed to the Supreme Court from his conviction for violation of the Atlanta, Ga., ordinance requiring Private Detectives to be licensed. Lehon was arrested while investigating the conviction of Frank for the murder of Mary Phagan.
