PAGE 12, COLUMN 2.

Conference Will Be Held Regarding the Case Monday Morning.

It was announced Saturday by the Attorneys for Leo M. Frank that no step would be taken in the last desperate fight to spare their client from the gallows until tomorrow morning, when Attorneys Leonard Haas, Herbert J. Haas, Henry C. Peeples, and John L. Tye will confer with Attorney Harry A. Alexander, who arrives in Atlanta this morning from Washington. Attorney Alexander presented the original plea to the Supreme Court in Washington, and has been in that City since, making an exhaustive research into Supreme Court precedents and rulings. It is expected that the result of tomorrow's proposed conference will be that a new fight will begin in Supreme Court on the Grounds that Frank was deprived of Constitutional Rights by the mob element, in that its influence prompted the jury to return an adverse verdict from fear.

Leonard Haas stated Saturday that no decision had yet been reached in regard to an Appeal before the Prison Commission and Governor Slaton.
