Solicitor Hugh M. Dorsey and Attorney General Warren Grice were again closeted in secret conference yesterday on the preparatory work for the fight in the United States Supreme Court against the Leo M. Frank appeal. One of the new points developed by the prosecution is the contention that a question of law and validity once having been adjudicated, as alleged in the Frank case, cannot be revived in an application for writ of habeas corpus.
